Current Opportunities
Director of Development - CHMO is seeking a full time Director of Development to develop, implement, manage and expand the fund raising activities of CHMO. This person will work to develop and cultivate a strong database that will assist the CHMO's financial independence, stability and future growth. This position will perform in a manner which reflects the mission, philosophy and policies of Covenant House. Five years of progressively responsible experience with corporate and foundation solicitation and a passion for our mission is required. A Bachelor's degree preferred.
Therapist - CHMO is seeking a full time Therapist. This position is responsible for coordinating and providing therapeutic services to youth and families in a manner which reflects the mission, philosophy and policies of Covenant House. Two years of experience with at-risk youth in a residential environment providing therapeutic services with knowledge of substance abuse counseling is required. A Master's degree in a related field is required. A LPC and LCSW preferred.
Residential Advisor - CHMO is seeking one full time and two part time Residential Advisors able to work on the weekends. RA's are responsible for the direct care and supervision of the youth who reside in the Residential program in a manner which reflects the mission, philosophy and policies of Covenant House. Two years of experience with at-risk youth is required and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Facilities Assistant - CHMO is seeking a part time Facilities Assistant for maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities. The position will work approximately 20-25 hours per week in the afternoons and will include janitorial duties for about 2-3 hours per day. Some experience with janitorial, HVAC, fire safety systems, etc preferred. Performs all duties in a manner which reflects the mission, philosophy and policies of Covenant House.
Executive Administrative Assistant - CHMO is seeking a part time Executive Administrative Assistant responsible for direct administrative support to the Executive Director, as well as some administrative assistance for the development department. This position is responsible for CHMO's social media branding as well as the integrity of the donor database. Performs all duties in a manner which reflects the mission, philosophy and policies of Covenant House.
